  Best Moments in Kashmir with Travelance holidays

  To start, this is our first trip to Kashmir and became a memorable one only because of 3 persons to name, Mr. Basharat (Our Driver), Mrs. Neethu (Organiser), Mr. Farooq (Organiser). First of all, Mr. Basharat welcomed us in the Srinagar airport and such a sweet person, we spend almost whole days and nights with him, through the trip, he was with full of smile and positivity, down to EARTH person, very Kindhearted & helpful, felt so comfortable. Very few we have met of that kind of person in our recent times. Mr. Farooq, though we did not have chance to meet in person, we had a situation where we left our iPhone charger in Pahalgam and we headed to Srinagar for the next day, later after knowing that charger was missing, we contacted Mr. Farooq and he handled this situation very smoothly and delivered our charger from Pahalgam to Srinagar Hotel where we stayed. He was very calm kind person each day contacted us and verified about our hotel stays, food, accommodations, making sure that we enjoyed the trip without any hassles. Mrs. Neethu, who initially is our POC and right from the day 0, we were in touch with madam and, very polite, understanding, humble person. There was a situation where we had a sudden plan change and we contacted Neethu madam and she handled effortlessly providing us an alternate plan which were about to be the BEST trip throughout the 4-day trip. TRIP to SONAMARG and we enjoyed the snowfall. Special Thanks to: Srichan Hotel (Staffs who served us food and even water at 2.30 AM in the early morning during an emergency) 3 Staffs who served food are very kindhearted, helpful and stayed with us until we finished eating. Firdous Hotel (Yawar Khan who helped us during our accommodation, food and cake delivery) Overall this 5 Days and 4 Nights trip happen to be the best trip in our recent times and we enjoyed 100%. Kudos to all the people who made this trip wonderful.
